Job Opportunity: Estate Planning Paralegal

Fennemore Craig, a leading law firm in the US, is seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time position that requires 2-3 days of in-office work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys in estate administration, probate, and trust administration, including document preparation, filings, and research.
  • Prepare and file probate and trust administration documents, including petitions and court orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Manage document signings and notarizations, and provide general administrative support to attorneys.
  • Support corporate governance tasks, including the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, resolutions, and other governance documents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a trusts and estates paralegal.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Previous law firm experience and/or in-house paralegal experience.
  • Superior organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects on a deadline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with all levels within the firm and externally with clients and other professional advisors.
