Professional Banking Representative

As a Professional Banking Representative at Woodforest National Bank, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Based in Virginia-Bluefield, this full-time opportunity offers a unique chance to advance your career in banking.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our award-winning team, known for its diversity and inclusivity. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and marketing bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers. Your well-rounded knowledge base will prepare you for advancement opportunities and a robust career in banking at Woodforest.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications. Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required. You must be positive, engaging, and able to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve individual sales targets by recommending suitable bank products and services to customers.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance efficiently.
- Manage branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
- Employ problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in accordance with the Woodforest Experience training.
- Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive and engaging demeanor.
This role requires standing for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, or sitting. You may occasionally lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
