Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Neurovascular Unit, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
