Job Title: RN - Neurovascular Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Neurovascular Unit Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our neurovascular care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a.9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, varied days, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neurovascular nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with neurovascular conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neurovascular nursing
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
