Définition des moyens et objectifs:

  • Établir un calendrier de projets sur plusieurs années.
  • Identifier les ressources humaines et techniques nécessaires.
  • Analyser les appels d'offres et sélectionner les fournisseurs adéquats.
  • Mettre en place une gouvernance de projet et assurer l'adhésion des différents intervenants.

Gestion administrative et suivi budgétaire:
