About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in the DC, VA, MD, and DE areas. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the restaurant meets its sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit targets
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training
  • Ensure the restaurant meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and achieving sales and profit targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
