- Conduct regular patrols to secure premises and monitor surveillance equipment, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Report any irregularities and enforce policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of security and compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of observations and activities, providing valuable insights for security improvements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical stamina and adaptability.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, effectively interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of verifiable experience in a security-related field.
- Must possess a valid F-01 Fire Guard License and NYS Security Guard License.
