Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct group fitness classes at various ability levels, including aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
  • Assess individual fitness levels and develop personalized exercise programs.
  • Provide fitness counseling and advice on proper exercise techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe recreational area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to injured guests.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Experience in fitness instruction and personal training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related work experience in the fitness industry.
