About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, promoting a culture of wellness and community, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging fitness programs and services that meet the diverse needs of our members
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, colleagues, and partners to promote a positive and supportive team environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain members
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CPR Certification and nationally recognized personal training certification required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform daily duties that require standing, walking, and lifting
