Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Mon Health Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.
- Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and document procedures accurately.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
- Operate and maintain high-technology equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and cardiac catheterization labs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current certification in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technology (CCLT) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Cerner EMR system.
- Knowledge of isolation precautions and use of rapid response teams.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
