About the Job

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract position requiring a highly motivated and experienced technologist to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality catheterization procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiograms
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems
  • Develop and implement effective patient education plans to promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a hospital cath lab setting
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
