We're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our participants to live their best lives, fostering a sense of community, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage participation in community activities, social events, and recreational programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless support system for our participants.
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in disability services a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants, colleagues, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
