Key Responsibilities- Provide supportive care and assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
- Supervise and instruct individuals in daily activities, including community and social interactions.
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and general housekeeping.
- Participate in training and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in disability services or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
