- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance the quality of life for our supported individuals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in disability services a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

Our residential program operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Various schedules are available, including full-time and part-time positions. No remote work opportunities are available for this role.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks as needed. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, twist torso, and climb stairs.
