We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at LEAP Life Enrichment Advancing People. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to our participants, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance the quality of life for our supported individuals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in disability services a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment
