Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a mental health or behavioral health field
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in an inpatient or emergency department setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TACT certification
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation systems
