Therapist - PHP/IOP

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist to join our PHP/IOP team. As a Therapist, you will work with patients and their families to develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services. You will also perform duties as directed by your manager and work in an acute care setting that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

• Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited school.
• In-training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-IT), Marriage and Family Therapist Training License (MFT-TL), Social Worker Training Certificate (SWTC), or Advance Practice Social Work (APSW).
• A SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC required in WI. A substance abuse specialty authorization applicable to the state hired in is required.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups, as well as the dynamics of human growth and behavior.
