- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and hotel gift shop.
- Conduct effective pre-shift meetings to prepare staff for daily tasks.
- Monitor compliance with brand standards and internal audits.
- Empower team members to deliver outstanding customer service and provide constructive feedback.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to meet financial goals.
- Supervise daily shift operations and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback on service quality and overall experience.
- Facilitate regular departmental meetings to communicate objectives and enhance team performance.
- Participate in employee development initiatives, including training and mentoring.
- Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a college degree, with at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of front desk operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
Ability to navigate the hotel environment multiple times throughout the day, with physical demands including bending, lifting, and pushing.
