Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Alabama.

About the Role

As a Lead Therapist, you will work with pre-K and elementary students, providing individualized speech therapy sessions to help them overcome communication challenges. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State of Alabama SLP Licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CF)
Working Conditions

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
