**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead ABA Therapist in a school setting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting individual assessments of students, developing programming, and providing direct and indirect behavioral services.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct individual assessments of students to identify learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop initial programming with ongoing modifications
  • Create Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Assist in the development of IEP goals, focusing on behavior reduction, replacement behaviors, and data collection methods
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral services, interventions, instruction, and supervision to students, teachers, and classroom support personnel

**Requirements**

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally as a BCBA

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
