Job Description

The Physical Therapist will work independently to assess and treat patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical therapy needs
  • Develop individualized plans of care that address patient goals and objectives
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices

Requirements

  • Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
  • Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
  • Two (2) years' experience, preferred
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience and location.
