Problem-solving typically relies on prior experiences and thorough analysis of the challenges faced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of functional block diagrams, use-case diagrams, and cabling diagrams.
  • Development of Engineering Change Orders.
  • Execution of trade studies.
  • Preparation of requirements specifications.
  • Collaboration with other engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical) to ensure proper coordination of systems aspects of projects.
  • Planning and executing integration and testing, including the development of plans and procedures.
  • Preparation and presentation of design review materials.
  • Management and coordination of system interfaces with other interconnected systems.
  • Verification of system interfaces.
  • Conducting system test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Providing mentorship to junior RF Engineers.
  • Familiarity with Telemetry Systems, Test Missile Kit, and SSBN operations.
  • Experience in testing RF systems in laboratory and field environments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience; or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Possession of a Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven initiative, drive, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of EMI and EMC Mil-Standards.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $102,000 - $190,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
