Job Title: Client Care Specialist

4C Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their journey towards healing and recovery.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing direct care and support to clients, including assisting with daily activities, providing independent living skills education, and promoting emotional, physical, and social well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities and independent living skills education
  • Assist clients with emotional, physical, and social needs, as well as assigned administrative tasks
  • Operate under minimal supervision, exercising tact, judgment, and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Collaborate with nurses and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a mental health setting or human services field preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and manage stressors inherent in a psychiatric setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Indiana driver's license
