Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN at Trilogy, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide personalized care plans, advocate for our residents, and ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and friendly environment for our residents
  • Advocate for our residents at every stage of care
  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident
  • Handle medication for our residents and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to emergency situations with confidence and calmness
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
  • Have experience in all aspects of nursing and healthcare
  • Have knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
