Requirements:

• Transmission Knowledge and Experience: Required
• Commitment to Building Customer Experience: We expect our technicians to commit to building a reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• Experience and Training: An Experienced Transmission Technician must have 5 or more years of Automotive Technician experience or a combination of experience and training for this position.

Salary Range: $58,240 - $123,023+ per year for an A Level Technician.

Most of our shops provide Pay Plan Options: Hourly plus Billed Hours Bonus or Flat Rate plus Billed Hours Accelerators.
