Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machinery for flexible shaft fabrication.
  • Utilize hydraulic presses for the attachment of metal components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products using precision measurement tools.

Equipment Utilized:
  • Hydraulic Press
  • Grinder
  • Abrasive Saw
  • Weld Cutter
  • Winder

Essential Duties:
  • Prepare and manage machinery for efficient production workflows.
  • Secure metal fittings to shafts with hydraulic equipment.
  • Perform quality checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure product standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or a minimum of two years of relevant mechanical assembly experience.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading blueprints.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and manual dexterity.
  • Visual acuity to meet inspection standards.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
