Job Overview

Cloudious LLC is seeking a skilled Fuel Economy Engineer to lead our vehicle homologation and compliance efforts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating fuel economy certification activities and ensuring our vehicles meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, including status updates, to ensure timely completion of fuel economy testing and certification.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and address prototype vehicle and part requirements, as well as vehicle instrumentation needs.
  • Support communication and confirmation of vehicle instrumentation requirements with our proving ground partners.
  • Perform fuel economy testing, including test request generation, data analysis, and coordination of vehicle updates, reflashes, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Compile and submit test and supporting documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and experience in fuel economy homologation and compliance. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for automotive engineering, we encourage you to apply.
