About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist and Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing routine x-ray examinations and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure their safety and comfort during the x-ray exam.
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure the safety of patients and team members.
  • Ensure radiologic equipment remains in working order and report any malfunctions to the Center Operations Director.
  • Follow all radiology workflows and ensure accurate documentation of patient x-ray visits.
  • Perform medical assistant duties, including preparing patients for physical examinations, taking vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures.
  • Assist providers during examinations and treatment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and certified by the state in which employed.
  • Registered with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and has active and valid certification.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • At least six months of medical assistant experience and knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.
