Director of Physician Relations

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Director will work closely with center operations teams to develop clear strategic plans that prioritize physicians based on SCA's proprietary ECO System database. They will also strategically define targets for the recruitment plan, leveraging SCA's MDetective program to optimize success. Additionally, they will partner with operations leadership, clinical staff, and existing physicians to recruit targeted new physicians, oversee credentialing and on-boarding processes, and help disseminate best sales and marketing practices across the region.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities, experience working with teams, and a proven track record of achieving results. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, network with all necessary resources, and closely track progress against a plan.
