About Us: Marinosci Law Group, PC is a national law firm specializing in bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, and other ancillary practice areas related to consumer finance. Our firm has offices in 22 states and serves institutional clients within the default servicing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Representing secured creditors, financial institutions, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.
- Managing and maintaining default files in accordance with the firm's compliance requirements.
- Analyzing statutes, judicial decisions, administrative law, and local rules.

Requirements:
- Admitted to the State Bar of Texas and preferably to all the federal bankruptcy and district courts in Texas.
- Minimum two years of experience in the default servicing industry or a related field.

Salary Range: Up to $160,000 per year.
