The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and organized. They will also have strong document review capabilities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent secured creditors and financial institutions in the default process
  • Manage and maintain default files according to compliance requirements
  • Review and sign documents, including motions, notices, and pleadings
  • Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, and local rules
  • Attend hearings, mediations, trials, and other appearances as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the default servicing industry
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas and federal bankruptcy courts
