Job Title: Legal Specialist

At Marinosci Law Group, PC, we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a national law firm specializing in bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, and other ancillary practice areas related to consumer finance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, be extremely detail oriented, well organized, and have excellent document review capabilities. Additionally, they should be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Representing secured creditors, financial institutions, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process.
- Managing and maintaining default files in accordance with the firm's compliance requirements.
- Reviewing and signing documents in the default process, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings.
- Researching and analyzing statutes, judicial decisions, administrative law, and local rules.
- Attending hearings, mediations, trials, settlement conferences, and other appearances as necessary.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience preferably in the default servicing industry.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas, and preferably to all the federal bankruptcy and district courts in Texas.
