We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Engineer to join our team in the Pacific Mountain West District. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical project delivery for complex wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical quality reviews and guidance on design approaches and activities
  • Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to execute high-level projects, managing scope, schedule, and budgets
  • Coordinate, review, and approve infrastructure design plans to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to provide future-ready solutions for clients
  • Support business development activities by identifying clients and projects, and participating in pursuit activities, including client meetings and proposal development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Wastewater or a closely related discipline
  • 12-15+ years of relevant post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage resources
  • Proficient knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles, models, and technologies
  • Well-defined knowledge of conveyance systems planning, design, engineering, cost estimating, and project management
