Job Title: Water/Wastewater Superintendent
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Summary:
LVI Associates is seeking a skilled Water/Wastewater Superintendent to oversee water and wastewater projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, supervise field personnel, and ensure projects are completed safely and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage water and wastewater projects from start to finish.
- Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work quality and safety.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater construction or management.
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater regulations and compliance.
- Experience with construction management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
