Job Title: Water/Wastewater Superintendent

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Summary:

LVI Associates is seeking a skilled Water/Wastewater Superintendent to oversee water and wastewater projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, supervise field personnel, and ensure projects are completed safely and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage water and wastewater projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work quality and safety.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater construction or management.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with construction management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
