About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Network Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in network engineering, firewall support, and training for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general support across multiple network environments
* Offer firewall support, training, and technical support for users
* Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and system owners to produce requirements, analyze cost/benefit requirements, and recommend design solution options

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience in Network Engineering, maintaining network monitoring systems
* Experience designing and implementing Next Generation Firewalls using Palo Alto or similar technology
* Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and supporting multi-cloud environments - Cisco CCNA
* Any Cisco certifications
* Any AWS certifications
