Job Title: Water and Wastewater Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Water and Wastewater Engineering Manager to join our team at Ramboll US Corporation. As a key member of our Water Team, you will be responsible for implementing projects within the Water Market Sector in New York and surrounding Northeast region with a focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, and pump stations, solids treatment and master planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage people and projects as well as generate new business with clients.
  • Contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll and develop followership.
  • Lead high performance teams to resolve conflict and negotiate positive outcomes.
  • Mentor future leaders and motivate employees.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities.
  • Proven project leadership, project management (scope, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services.
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering license in New York required with ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity.
