Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater related projects
  • Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
  • Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  • Coordinate staffing and workload throughout project development to complete documents on schedule
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work efforts with the project team to ensure completion within the agreed-upon budget
  • Collaborate with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews
  • Implement QA/QC procedures
  • Supervise project staff and serve as a mentor to less experienced engineers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience, including complex Water/Wastewater projects
  • Client relationships in the NY marketplace
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum 2 years project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
