We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Sanitation Specialists. The available work schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, with a rotation of 4 days on and 3 days off. Opportunities exist across various specialty departments and emergency services.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18 to $20, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the flow of clean laundry throughout the shift, ensuring a steady supply of fresh bedding for patients.
- Assist in organizing inventory delivered by the Purchasing department, including essential items for patient care.
- Conduct twice-daily inspections of the facility's exterior to remove waste and litter.
- Regularly check and empty waste receptacles throughout the facility.
- Perform thorough cleaning of specialized areas, such as Radiology, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient food and water dishes in critical care areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness of non-medical areas within the facility.
- Regularly restock and maintain all restroom facilities.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain order in front-of-house areas.
- Check work-related emails consistently to stay informed about daily operations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
