Join Our Team as a Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Guardian Veterinary Specialists. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our veterinary technicians and veterinarians in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist veterinary technicians and veterinarians with patient care and procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the veterinary team
  • Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a veterinary hospital/clinic working as an assistant
  • 1 year experience in a veterinary hospital/clinic and completion from a Veterinary Assistant/Veterinary Science program
  • Love of animals and a passion to help and heal
  • Desire to continually learn and grow
