The role of the Operations Manager is centered around achieving operational excellence to guarantee high quality and productivity in the studios under your management. This involves addressing all equipment, technology, and facility-related challenges. The position requires building strong partnerships with external vendors, establishing replicable internal processes across the organization, and adhering to budget constraints. You are expected to be well-organized, a proactive problem-solver, and a productive contributor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee facility maintenance, addressing issues and repairs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the studios.
  • Conduct facility audits and inspections.
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies for studio upkeep and marketing materials.
  • Handle retail purchasing and inventory management.
  • Prepare daily financial reports, including budget reconciliation and auditing of refunds and unpaid bills.
  • Implement IT, technical, and facility updates.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external vendors to secure optimal deals.
  • Cross-train on studio sales processes and class check-in procedures to provide support as needed.
  • Conduct MBO audits (deactivating terminated members).
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Physical Requirements:
The position necessitates the following physical capabilities: Ability to lift between 20 to 50 pounds unassisted; frequent sitting, standing, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching; moderate range of body movements. Physical demands may vary. Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of operational experience, preferably in a fitness environment.
