Clinical Staff Supervisor

Job Summary
The Clinical Staff Supervisor plays a vital role in the success of our healthcare team. As a key member of the clinic leadership team, this position is responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic. With a strong focus on patient care, this role ensures that services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that meets the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.
- Lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the clinic leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff members to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years of direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.

This position is located at our Sunset Medical Plaza in Portland, OR. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
