Overview

The Youth Fitness Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and facilitating engaging activities designed for children aged 0-12 years. This position involves not only supervising but also assisting in the planning and execution of various programs aimed at promoting physical fitness and well-being among youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging curriculum and instruction tailored to young participants.
  • Ensure constant supervision of children during all activities.
  • Promote and uphold a safe environment for all classes and programs.
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment used in activities.
Maintain effective communication with staff, participants, parents, and volunteers to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.

Background checks are mandatory.

Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Must be capable of standing, running, and actively participating in programs.
