Job Title: Analog IC Design Engineer

Western Digital Capital is seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our ASIC Development Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing high-performance analog circuit blocks.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance analog circuit blocks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design releases and mass production
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Mentor, etc.)
  • Work with distributed design teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of high-performance analog layout techniques, EM-IR, and SOA considerations

Requirements:

  • MSEE with 12+ years of experience in circuit design and development
  • Experience in at least one preferably multiple area of full CMOS circuit design and development in: baseband amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, wide bandwidth amplifiers, high-performance high-resolution ADC and DAC, high-speed drivers and receivers, CDR, equalization, power management, LDO regulators, and high-stability references
  • Experience in 40nm and below full CMOS technology
  • Demonstrated track record of successful design releases and mass production
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
