The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a Senior Health Physician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our geriatric patients. You will work closely with our medical director and care team to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of our patients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our value-based care model, which rewards providers for delivering high-quality, cost-effective care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work closely with our medical director and care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in our value-based care model, which rewards providers for delivering high-quality, cost-effective care.
  • Collaborate with our care team to provide mental health support and address social determinants of health.
What You'll Need
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Board Certification.
