Job Title: Medication Technician

At Bainbridge Senior Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Medication Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications to our residents. This includes preparing and administering medications, monitoring resident responses, and documenting medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer medications to residents according to their individualized care plans.
  • Monitor resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing staff.
  • Document medication administration in the resident's medical record.
  • Assist caregivers with providing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
  • Dementia and Mental Health specialty training within 90 days of hire.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Washington State Food Worker Card or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire.
