Job Title: Infusion Pharmacist

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Norcross, GA. As a key member of our Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy, you will play a critical role in providing clinical pharmacy services to patients receiving complex infusion therapies.

About the Role:

The Infusion Pharmacist will be responsible for conducting sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring activities in accordance with all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to pharmacy practice standards. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services prescribed by physicians or other authorized medical personnel.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal accrediting rules and regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy.
  • Provide direct supervision to pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support personnel ensuring compliance in all areas.
  • Coordinate pharmacy services utilizing a team model with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing to ensure an efficient customer-focused approach and optimal clinical patient outcomes.
  • Embrace Soleo's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives and play an active role in supporting these programs.
  • Support and comply with company's procurement and inventory control procedures.
  • Be a clinical resource to Sales and Marketing and assist with customer presentations and the clinical review of marketing materials and programs.
  • Take part in the pharmacy on-call rotation to provide continuous pharmacy support services to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working with a specialty home infusion company or in a hospital setting with primary responsibilities working within the pharmacy IV room.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience.
  • Postgraduate residency and/or training.
  • Applicable active state licensure.
  • Excellent clinical and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
