Pharmacist in Charge

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Norcross, GA Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the pharmacy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

• Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other departments
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a specialty pharmacy or home infusion setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
