Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Norcross, GA Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards, as well as state and federal regulations
- Provide and oversee compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services
- Conduct patient assessments and identify potential drug-related problems
- Prepare and oversee the work of clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and interns
- Participate in the preparation, distribution, and security of controlled substances
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing processes
- Lead and develop a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Minimum 7 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in sterile compounding
- Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
