About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Project Engineer to join our team at HOK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale building projects, managing and mentoring junior engineers, and developing innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering design and delivery of large building projects, including concept development, budgeting, and project management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
  • LEED AP or GA certification, with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
What We Offer

HOK is committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(K) savings plans, and paid time off. We also offer a flexible work schedule, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location, with a salary range of $130,000 to $170,000. Other compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
