We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Project Engineer to lead our team in delivering large-scale building projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring engineers, developing project concepts and budgets, and producing high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project engineering teams to deliver large or complex projects from concept to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide design inputs and reviews of other engineers' projects
- Attend client meetings and promote positive client relationships
- Mentor and develop engineering staff to improve skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Master's degree preferred
- Licensed PE or SE
- NCEES record allowing registration in any state
- LEED AP or GA required within 6 months of employment
- 10+ years of project engineering experience, with a track record of successful major projects over $100m
- Experience in leading or working in integrated teams
- Experience in design and delivery of LEED Gold or Platinum projects

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000, with additional compensation possible through a discretionary bonus.
