KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outreach Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local community organizations.
  • Identify and connect HIV-positive clients to necessary medical services.
  • Engage in outreach activities for HIV testing and participate in community events.
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation facilities for testing initiatives and referrals.
Social Support Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update patient records while assisting with scheduling.
  • Organize transportation services and gather patient feedback through surveys.
  • Assist in the recruitment of patients for support group participation.

  • Offer spiritual guidance and engage in activities that promote spiritual development.
